Before I started working at Black Forest Medical Group …
… I completed an apprenticeship as Industrial Mechanic and worked for pro med instruments´ production partner Feinmechanik GmbH. Amongst other products, I helped to produce DORO® components. In 2013, I decided to start my dual studies in Engineering (B.S.) together with pro med instruments GmbH as a partner company. Right after my gradation the company offered me a full-time job and I stayed.
I became part of the team …
… in 2008.
If you would spend a day with me at the company …
… we would accompany products from their introduction to the market until their elimination. Another focus of my work lies on the consideration and implementation of customers’ needs and requests as well as the optimization of processes. My tasks as Lifecycle Engineer are diverse – it is never boring.
Remarkable in my opinion is …
… the family environment at Black Forest Medical Group. I have experienced the company within different roles – from a student to my current position. My work has always been acknowledged and I always felt well at Black Forest Medical Group. You are part of a whole, can contribute with your knowledge and ideas, people encourage you to reach your aims and you can grow with the company. A good cohesion is taken for granted at Black Forest Medical Group.
For me, it is important …
… to have a great cooperation within Black Forest Medical Family. An acknowledging and respectful treatment of one another, based on honesty and openness. Each person should have a good feeling when going to work.
Personal values which people at Black Forest Medical Group reflect …
… respect, appreciation, trust, openness, honesty and integrity.
In my leisure time …
… I love spending time with my family and my dog. I am proud father of a daughter. After work, I enjoy working with wood, building toys and furniture. The perfect balance to the daily routine in an office.
